Shipping & Specimen Transport Policy
CryoVault coordinates all inbound and outbound shipments of cryogenic specimens using FDA-compliant cold chain logistics providers.
Inbound Transfers
- We arrange delivery from your IVF clinic using certified dry shippers
- All transfers include chain-of-custody documentation and insurance options
- Patients are notified upon safe arrival and storage confirmation
Outbound Transfers
- We coordinate safe specimen relocation to another clinic or storage provider upon patient request
- Standard outbound shipping fees apply
- Overnight courier service and liability protection available

By accessing or using CryoVault services, you agree to the following:
Services
CryoVault provides long-term custodial storage of cryogenically preserved reproductive tissues, including oocytes, sperm, and embryos (with written directives). All services are delivered in accordance with FDA regulations and ASRM best practices.
User Responsibilities
- You must provide valid consent forms for all specimens stored
- You are responsible for keeping contact and billing information current
- CryoVault is not liable for any delays or disputes arising from incomplete or inaccurate directives
Termination of Storage
- You may terminate storage at any time with 30-day written notice
- If billing is not completed or directives are missing, we follow a structured contact and escalation protocol in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines
Limitation of Liability
CryoVault is not liable for loss, damage, or delay caused by third-party couriers or acts beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters), except where covered by applicable liability protection.
